Do I report my permanent residence in Chiang Mai or my temporary address for the 90-day report while traveling?

Question on 90 day reporting. My next 90 day report time frame will occur while I'm traveling in another province for a few weeks. I think I know the answer but my 90 day report should reflect my regular residence address in Chiang Mai, not my temporary lodgings elsewhere in the country, correct? 90 day report is for residence and the TM-30 is for keeping tabs on me while I'm traveling. Just want to be sure I've got that right.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day report should reflect your permanent residence address in Chiang Mai, regardless of your temporary lodging during travel. The purpose of the report is to confirm your residence, while the TM-30 serves to track your location while away.

Thanks for the responses. Doesn't quite get to the answer I was looking for. I do my 90 day report online, no problem. My question is - if I'm traveling and staying in a temporary place at the time of my 90 day report (TM-47), do I report my permanent residence in Chiang Mai or my temporary one where I am at the time of the report?

IF you're doing a 90 day report online (no matter where you happen to be in thailand) you use the address that you used when you got your extension and that you've used to file 90 day reports in the past.

You can do the 90 day report between 15 days before or 7 days after due date.

Can be done by mail/post...or online if your address is registerd
