I heard that, you have to pay for around 25 US dollars, when you landed Vietnam, no needs to queue up / wait for clear customs, you have a VIP path let you clear customs speedy

There are services that purport to "assist" your entry into Thailand. I've no experience of them so can't help with them. Google is your friend
