Is it easy to transfer your work visa?

For example if I get sponsored by company A, and then after a year apply for company B, will B have a hard time getting the work visa transferred?

I ask because so many companies ask if I am authorized to work in Thailand and if I need visa sponsorship, but only one company (I dont want to work long term in this one) is willing

The closest thing you can do to "transfer" is if your job ends at the same time as your 1-year work extension, when you apply for your next extension you can apply for that based on the new job and new work permit, rather than the old one.

The only people that don't require sponsorship to work in Thailand would be Thai citizens.

The visa, and work permit, are not transfered. It is all completely canceled, then all done over from the start for the new job.
