Is it easy to transfer your work visa?

For example if I get sponsored by company A, and then after a year apply for company B, will B have a hard time getting the work visa transferred?

I ask because so many companies ask if I am authorized to work in Thailand and if I need visa sponsorship, but only one company (I dont want to work long term in this one) is willing

I asked AI to write me an employment sponsorship letter from my employer i.e. (my American Company)

Once I complete I'll have it translate into Thai for me 😜😉
