Is the criminal/police check required for spouse and children(dependents of alien with a non-imm B work visa)? I didnโ€™t see it listed on the immigration site but want to double check and if so where on earth does one get that for a child? ๐Ÿ™

So you're wanting to get 90 day Non-O visas for a 'trailing spouse' and a child of someone legally working here on a Non-B right?

Neither the thai consulates in other countries nor the thai immigration offices in this country require a police background check for that type of visa
