Is the criminal/police check required for spouse and children(dependents of alien with a non-imm B work visa)? I didn’t see it listed on the immigration site but want to double check and if so where on earth does one get that for a child? 🙏

So you're wanting to get 90 day Non-O visas for a 'trailing spouse' and a child of someone legally working here on a Non-B right?
