For the initial 15-month retirement setup, our fee is typically around 38,000–40,000 THB.
Costs can increase significantly if you arrive in Thailand on a Tourist Visa or visa-exempt entry and do not already have a Thai bank account (around 60,000 THB for everything).
The original poster hasn't provided enough details, but based on similar cases, we suspect they may be seeking a bank account, an initial Non-O visa, and a one-year extension, all after arrival while on a TR/Exempt Entry.
Our general recommendation is to apply for the Non-O visa before coming to Thailand. Once here, you can then attempt to open a bank account and engage an agency to assist only with the annual extension, or with both the bank account and extension if needed.
Taking this approach usually keeps costs much lower.
