Got my non o 90 days extended and multiple reentry permit done today. Here are my timeline if anybody care.
0900 arrived Chiangmai immigration and wait to get documents checked.
0940 got a queue no. And was told to come back 1300.
1300 entered immigration office and was first queue no being called
1400 photo taken
1420 extension approved
1425 got new queue no. For reentry permit and documents copied and checked
1430 submit application and payment.
1435 reentry permit stamped on passport.
I am liberated for one year from the immigration red tape! (Well, may be 90 days report...)

Next time make a apointment online. For my yearly extension last week i arrived 11.20 for my 11.30 apointment and got my extension 11.55. No queue, you book a time.
Thank you Tod for reminding me December 29 is a holiday. I went there with my email confirmation of December 29 appointment and printed out the copy. No more questions adked
