Dear all,
Anyone can help please? I applied Non-O 90 days retirement visa in Chaeng Wattana, Bangkok on 17 July 2024. I have asked immigration officer, they said the earliest date I can renewal the non-90 days retirement visa into 1 year was 45 days before that non-o visa expire. But as per below photo, it mentioned “After 60 days start count today : 17 July 2024, You can summit 1 year visa at counter L”. I am puzzled whether I can really renew my visa on which date (45 days or 60 days after my application date), anyone have similar experience please?
Thank you.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the timing for renewing a Non-O 90 days retirement visa in Thailand. They received contradictory information regarding whether to renew 45 days or 60 days after applying. Comments suggest that the 60-day period refers to the seasoning of funds, and that renewal can occur 45 days before the visa's expiration, although rules may vary by immigration office.
