Hi , i am going to travel from turkey to Bangkok , i have a Suriname passport,  and problems to get a online visa for Thailand ! Now i want  to bye a flight ticket to penang ( maleisie) , because i don,t need a visa for this country ! Is it possible to go to the Thai embassy and arange a visa there at there office in penang?

Perhaps. Tourist visas generally require prepurchased accomodations, often including the owner's tax number. It may be that you are also required to obtain the tourist visa in your own country. Requirements are not always clear and may differ from consulate to consulate. Penang however, is a very nice place.
