How many times you can apply for a NoN O based on marriage per year? Is there a limit? In example I will go this November for 3 Months to Thailand and would like to do the same next year in September 2026.
Thx for help. ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
The NON O Visa based on marriage can be applied for multiple times per year, subject to the embassy's issuance policy. There is no strict limit on the number of applications as long as the embassy is willing to issue the visa. Some users reported obtaining two NON O Visas a year, allowing for a continuous stay in Thailand, and suggested that alternative visa options might also be available for shorter stays.

Thx for the answers. Yes I know is unusually but the first time is for finishing the House in Thailand and maybe open a new Bank account
in Thailand. As you need now a NON- O Visa at least. Have already one but want a second by another Bank. The second time is when we come to Thailand for living. Next May I quit my Job and retire. ๐๐คฃ๐
Thx Nongnuch. I'm open for advises.

I stay in Thailand for 6 months a year 3 months at a time, I therefore get two Non-Os a year from RTE London

well, it is an unusual way to achieve a 90 days stay permit - because many people can get the same out of a free-of-costs visa-exempt entry and a 1900 THB extension for 30 more days. I reckon it is the continuous 90-days stay that is attracting you (no need to visit Immigration) . . well, it is as Brandon quoted - you can get it as long as the embassy where you apply is willing to issue the visa consecutively within a short span of time. As there are more than 6 months in between, I reckon you will be fine

The limit is as many times as the embassy will sell you the visa.
