Talking about the non o visa for over 50. Can I use this multiple times ?( once a year) Meaning not necessarily to prepare
for the 1 year extension but just for an extended stay ? As I said before I am leaving Thailand ( travelling to Europe) in 3 weeks after a 59 day stay, planning to return after 25 days
On this group there is a consensus I shouldn't have a problem but as you know a recent post of troubles at Bangkok airport is creating me some doubts. I could try a single entry visa, but is this Non O more credible and adapted to my case since I am over 50 ?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The Non-O visa for individuals over 50 can be used multiple times, typically allowing for one entry per year. However, the approval for multiple uses is at the discretion of the issuing embassy. It's important to be cautious with visa-exempt entries and back-to-back stays, as they may raise concerns at immigration.
