TLDR : Answer Summary
You can continue to apply for extensions of your Non O marriage visa based on your medical condition as long as you have the necessary medical report, without any set limit on the number of times you can apply. Additionally, if you have an annual extension, you may also have the option to report your status online or by post, following the initial report at your local immigration office.

If you have a yearly extention of stay based on marriage then you can report online or by post, providing you've done one report at your local imm office

Didnt have the 400 k in the bank or earnings. Awaiting property to sell

Ok. Why didnt you extend based on marriage again rather than medical grounds? That would have saved you applying every 90 days.

As long as you have the medical report, same as you used in previous applications, you can apply again. There is no limit.

Be aware it must be a new medical report, you can not use the old one.
