ORIGINAL POSTERBit of help please. I have a Non O marriage extension of stay that i have extended past the 1 year. 3 times 90 days based on a medical extension for a severe spinal problem. (CANT WALK OR TRAVEL), My question is how many times can i extend this as i have told many different answers and cant find any info on Imm websites

As long as you have the medical report, same as you used in previous applications, you can apply again. There is no limit.
