TLDR : Answer Summary
The number of Non-O visas you can apply for to visit family in Thailand within a 12-month period is generally not limited, as it depends on the discretion of the Thai immigration authorities. It's important to note that applying for a Non-O visa for visiting Thai family is often related to marriage; however, the process for obtaining an extension of stay may change if you're married to a Thai national.

A non O for visiting Thai family is a “marriage visa” if that’s the reason you applied for one.
Perhaps you meant you may eventually apply for an extension of stay off of that Non O based on being married to a Thai national. That’s not a “visa”. That’s an extension of stay.
