Does exiting Thailand on a Non-OA visa before its expiry allow for a one-year reentry stamp?

My wife and I entered thailand on Non O/A multi entry visas which expires September this year. Am I correct, if we leave thailand and reenter before the expiry date we will be stamped for a further 1 year, based on 90 day reporting and the required insurance to cover the length of the extension.

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster inquires about the implications of exiting Thailand on a Non-OA multi-entry visa and re-entering before its expiry date for an additional year of stay. A comment clarifies that the reentry does not constitute an extension but rather a new entry stamp, which lasts for up to 365 days, influenced by health insurance validity and unrelated to 90-day reporting obligations.

The second-year stamp is NOT an extension. It's a just new entry stamp.

The last day you can enter Thailand on your Non-OA visa is the date specified as 'Enter before' or 'Must be used by date' on your visa.

You will be stamped until an earlier date of your insurance coverage or 365 days.

90 days report has nothing to do with your new entry. You will care about it when you stay continuously for 89 days since your arrival in Thailand.
