What does pending status mean for my 90-day report in Thailand?

Last 90 day report online EASY, approved immediately .  Today did again, now in Pending status....what does that mean.  Tried to find status on web site to no avail.  Please advise.... Am starting trip to go south tomorrow.  Will not be able to go to Chiang Mai office for assistance.
