TLDR : Answer Summary
The latest information regarding filing a 90-day report in Bangkok indicates that Saturday service has been discontinued as of late November, and online filing cannot be done after the due date. There is no online appointment system available for Bangkok. It is advised to file in person, and you can report up to 7 days after the due date without incurring a fine. Experiences shared in the comments suggest that the in-person filing process can be quick.

-they stopped saturday service the last saturday in November,

-You could never use the online program after the due date

-no online appointment program for bangkok.

You can report up to 7 days after the due date without getting the 2000 baht fine.

Your option is to slog on out there and file in person. ..
