TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on the duration required to transfer from a TR 60-day visa to a family visa, given that they have the necessary funds and documentation. Commenters mention that certain immigration offices allow applications up to 45 days prior to expiry, while others permit it 30 days in advance. Additionally, they clarify that the user might be referring to a 90-day Non-O visa related to marriage.

I think you mean a 90 day Non-O (marriage) visa hence the cash in the bank not a 60 day extension to visit Thai family, correct?

Some offices like Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Buri Ram allow 45 days prior. Most others are 30 days prior.

Isn't this for an extension, a change to Non-O can be applied for earlier (and lose the remaining days I know)?
