TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a visa based on a monthly income of 65,000 THB, it's generally acceptable to present your bank statements from the day before your immigration appointment, as long as they demonstrate the required 12 monthly transfers of 65k each. However, updates to the bank book must be done on the same day as the visa application. If using Bangkok Bank, you can request your annual statement via their app, which can be received quickly. It is also important to note that this visa is typically an extension for an existing retirement visa rather than a new application.

I said "should" because that's the official requirement if you know what official means. One day before is allowed at several immigration offices. Where I'm staying it's allowed because some bank branches open 10am, while immigration open 8:30. Read this slow and you might understand.

Seven days before. As long as it has the 12 x 65k transfers showing it's all good. If you're with Bangkok Bank you can now get the annual statement from the app. Order it and it will be emailed within a few hours
Yes. Before Bangkok Bank introduced the facility to order online, I would order the statement seven days prior. It would take 2-3 working days to arrive at the branch as it came from their head office
he means you can get a statement emailed to you from the app. Im not sure if it works at all immigration offices though. I was told it wouldn't work at the one i use
