When renewing a retirement visa in Thailand, you can obtain the bank account letter and transaction report up to 7 days before your appointment at the Chaeng Wattana immigration office. There is a Bangkok Bank located in the basement of building B at the Government Complex where the immigration office is situated. To avoid long queues, consider making an appointment instead of waiting in line.
