TLDR : Answer Summary
As of the current rules, Dutch citizens arriving in Thailand without a visa will receive a 45-day stamp upon entry until March 31, 2023, after which the duration may revert to 30 days. It's important to note that this applies equally to both land and air entries, but there are restrictions on the number of visa-exempt entries allowed via land in a calendar year.

as an aside that infographic is incorrect. It’s an early one put out by the PRD but the section “without a visa” is now wrong.

Dutch citizens entering with no visa will be stamped in for 45 days (until 31st March ‘23 - where it may revert back to 30). Land or air entry is the same only difference is that you are only allowed two visa exempt entries via land in a calendar year.

Thanks! I was confused because someone told me and I read somewhere it was now 15 days. Website of thai embassies are not regularly updated adding to the confusion.
