There is no make an appointment for a TM30. and right now all the TM30 filing in Bangkok is at the Muang Thong Thani immigration office (Counter B) you just show up

As a rule, you have to be reported with TM30 within 24hours after arriving at that address.

You need to apply to use the system by enrolling and uploading the condo owners thai i/d and house book. They will send you a user name and a temporary password, you log in and change the password THEN you can use the system to file a TM30

Okay, Thank you. I will ask to the owner to send me that (signed ID copy and Ta Bien Ban). Then I will try to login into the system before I get out of quarantine. For be ready to file the TM30 on the day I arrive at my condo.
