Hello, it's me again.

A question about the TM.30. I can do it by myself on this website ([members only]/) correct? All I need is a signed copy of my condo's owner ID, correct? I will have to do it a soon as I move in my new condo (48h after maximum), correct? Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can file your TM.30 application online through the provided immigration website. To do so, you will need to enroll in the system by uploading a signed copy of your condo owner's Thai ID and house book. Once enrolled, you will receive a username and a temporary password to log in and change your password. It is important to submit your TM.30 application within 24 hours of moving into your new condo.

I followed that link yesterday and again today and I couldn't open the site (neither could my landlord). Has anyone used the system recently and was successful?

all the immigration "extra-net" websites/apps are down (TM30 or 90 day reporting)

You have to go in person

I will move in my condo this Sunday. I should do the TM30 Monday, right? Where is it in Bangkok? Chaengwattana? Can do it in Muang Thong Thani? I have to book a appointment?

There is no make an appointment for a TM30. and right now all the TM30 filing in Bangkok is at the Muang Thong Thani immigration office (Counter B) you just show up

Self filing still works fine

As a rule, you have to be reported with TM30 within 24hours after arriving at that address.

You need to apply to use the system by enrolling and uploading the condo owners thai i/d and house book. They will send you a user name and a temporary password, you log in and change the password THEN you can use the system to file a TM30

Okay, Thank you. I will ask to the owner to send me that (signed ID copy and Ta Bien Ban). Then I will try to login into the system before I get out of quarantine. For be ready to file the TM30 on the day I arrive at my condo.
