I am leaving the country with a cancelled work visa on the 31st of May 2022.
However my 90 day report deadline (not counting the 7 days following) is on May 30th 2022. Would I be fined if I don't do it? Should I still report?
Thank you so much!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is asking about the requirement to file a 90 Day Report before leaving Thailand with a cancelled work visa on May 31, 2022, while the reporting deadline is May 30, 2022. Responses indicate that the report is necessary to avoid potential fines when re-entering the country, and filing can be done online.

You have to report that you are 90 days inside the country, the fact that you leave on day 91 does not matter.
You will not be fined by leaving on day 91, but on return during a visit at Immigration it can be seen that you missed a report and fines can be given.
