In order to use the 90 day online system with a new passport (one you got INSIDE of thailand) you need to exit/re-enter the country to get a NEW TM6 arrival departure card AND you need to do ONE 90 day report in person on the new passport to get it into the data base.
Go to the website, check status, if it is pending this means they received your request and you can just wait till it gets approved or call them to approve it. Do not keep on making new reports and hope that one of them will be noticed.
i just gave it a try, and filled everything out with the number and letters blow the bar code, as soon as i filled it out, my phone looked like it accepted it, before it would say, i did the the wrong departure number! i am just waiting for a response in my e-mail now! i hope it works, it says i might have to wait 7 days ! thanks for your help! if it works i will post this!
