TLDR : Answer Summary
An expat is experiencing difficulty completing their 90-day visa report online due to missing a departure number on their TM6 card. They have been reporting in person every 90 days at Jomtien immigration but wish to utilize the online system. Community members suggest looking for the departure number on their TM6 card, explain the online reporting process, and provide tips on checking the status of the report. The original poster tried to submit the report online and is waiting for approval.

In order to use the 90 day online system with a new passport (one you got INSIDE of thailand) you need to exit/re-enter the country to get a NEW TM6 arrival departure card AND you need to do ONE 90 day report in person on the new passport to get it into the data base.

Good Luck,

Go to the immigration 90 day online program at this link

Go to the "Check Status" tab

Go to the website, check status, if it is pending this means they received your request and you can just wait till it gets approved or call them to approve it. Do not keep on making new reports and hope that one of them will be noticed.

I think I should put in one more time or wait a little bit more!

you can't put it in one more time. It's either in Pending status when you check it or it's not.

There are TWO letter and 5 numbers on a TM6 card (even an ancient TM6 card that has no barcode has them)

Are you sure you don't have a TM6 number?

i am going to give it a try again thank you for your help!

If you have the new type, square departure card, it is in the middle on the bottom under the bar code.

i have the old card which i tried before, but i will try again! thank you for your help!

What is a 90 day visa online? I guess you are talking about making a report that you are psychically 90 days inside Thailand.

There must be somewhere on that departure the number, if you got the old card it is the number just below the bar code in the top right corner
