Hello everyone! Please help me to understand the strange situation. I applied for a Thai tourist visa for 3 months in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Employees behaved incorrectly and inappropriately, refusing to accept my documents by all means. In the end, the documents were accepted and as a result, when I took the passport, this is what I saw. The question is: do they make such a stamp on refusal of a visa, and will I have problems with a visa upon arrival. (as a citizen of Russia, I have the right to get a visa upon arrival)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification about a stamp on their Thai tourist visa application that appears to indicate a refusal, which was issued after a problematic experience at the Thai embassy in Colombo, Sri Lanka. They express concern about how this stamp might affect their eligibility for a visa on arrival, given their Russian citizenship.
