Hello, my husband has a 90 day Non O and needs to make a new Non O at a consulate by April 7. Does anyone have a suggestion of where we can go to a consulate and return into Thailand without virus related restriction? We have American passports. I was thinking it would be best to go by land to vientaine or savhannaket but dont know the latest on passing from laos/thaialand. Thanks for your input!

They inquired about the best consulates to visit, specifically considering land borders to Laos, and are looking for information on any virus-related restrictions. Just left savannakhet this morning with a new non O. No problems entering Lao or Thailand at this moment. US passport. Temp check and fill out travel hisory form when leaving and again when entering Thailand. Nothing on the Laos side. But things are changing daily. I suggest you go ASAP
What type of 90 Day Non-O does he have? Non-O is a catchall visa and can include being over 50, volunteering, being married, or supporting a Thai child, among others.
