TLDR : Answer Summary
Holders of a Non-O education visa are required to consider specific regulations regarding leaving and reentering Thailand. It is important to secure a reentry permit if planning to leave temporarily, especially if you are within the first 90 days of the visa. Failure to comply with the necessary check-in dates may lead to the cancellation of the education visa, requiring you to start the visa process anew upon reentry. Thai immigration may ask about your studies upon departure or arrival.

Its obvious you did not get the one year extension of stay as married to a Thai you asked about a few months ago and instead got an Ed Visa.
You asked on December 21, 2021
"Can an education visa be changed to a marriage visa whilst in country?"
What are you studying?
If you are attending classes...
"How can you leave Thailand?"
That question may be asked by Thai immigration upon leaving or returning seeing you are on an Ed Visa.
If its an urgent reason to leave, be sure you have a reentry permit to reenter
But are you now in your first 90 days of the ed visa? I think you are. If so...then if you miss your required extension date your ed visa ends...period.
To reenter Thailand will require you to start all over. The ed visa is gone.
And you will also need to have a Thailand Pass to enter.
