Hello all,
Got a couple of friends who are not so visa savvy, so asking for them.
Colombian passports, back to back SETV from Vietnam, and Non-O from Vientiane.
Want to get another SETV. They were thinking of Phnom Pehn, but feeling nervous about its reputation. No problem with proofs. Flights home early November out of Vietnam.
I just noticed the sticker on their Non-O.
Can they get another SETV or are they blocked? And second, should they go to PP, or pick another crossing?
Thanks!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of their friends, who hold Colombian passports and have previously obtained multiple visas (SETV and Non-O), applying for another SETV. They are considering going to Phnom Penh for the visa application but are uncertain due to concerns about the city's reputation. The comments indicate that while Savannakhet requires proof of funds and onward travel, Vientiane does not have this requirement. Additionally, there are comments clarifying that the sticker on their Non-O visa pertains to their work permit, and it is suggested they should still be able to obtain a Tourist Visa.
