I own a house that’s used purely for rental income. I also have a small business as a food consultant but that’s been pretty much on hold for years and didn’t make any money.($50/month max)

How could I make this qualify for the DTV expat visum?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring about qualifying for the DTV expat visa in Thailand based on their rental property and a small food consulting business that hasn't generated significant income. Comments in the discussion suggest that having a registered online business, showing property management activities, and demonstrating an understanding of financials are critical for the DTV application, without stringent income requirements.

So it means I can apply for a DTV in the frame of an online consulting/compagny creation?

Rental owners have been approved for the DTV. You show how you manage the property online, collection of rent, dealing with tenants, suppliers, repairs etc. No income requirement so your online food business is ok to use.

No Income requirements. Just show your business registration and whatever financials you have.

As long as it's an online business and you don't take any Thai clients

The most important thing is the 500,000 baht
