Is it possible for the DTV to show that you rent properties in France? That and a military pension being my income. I would have control of the properties, rental, maintenance etc but remotely manage it from Thailand. Many thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquirer is seeking clarification on whether they can qualify for a DTV visa in Thailand using rental income from properties in France and a military pension as their income sources. A comment suggests that instead of focusing on income, the applicant needs to show a minimum balance of 500,000 Baht.

You need to show 500.000 Baht, not what your income is.

Read the visasection of the Thai Embassy you will apply at.
