I have rental business in my country which is I rent a shop to someone and I get money from them. There is nothing I have to.

Can I get DTV visa as a remote worker?

If yes, what should I prepare?

I can get business license, and my bank statement for more than 1 year. Is that enough?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about obtaining a DTV visa as a remote worker running a rental business in their home country. They ask if having a business license and a one-year bank statement is sufficient for the visa application. Comments suggest that it is likely possible if the user provides a business license, federal tax EIN, and a detailed letter from their company confirming their role, responsibilities, and income.
