TLDR : Answer Summary
A user in Koh Yao Noi is seeking assistance regarding obtaining a TM30 form for their retirement visa, due to the absence of a local immigration office. The comments suggest that the TM30 can be submitted at the local police station if immigration services are unavailable, with recommendations to download the required form and submit it there. Additionally, options like mailing the form or consulting local Facebook groups for advice were mentioned.

My thoughts would be head on over to the immigration office

And as it's another TM30 question, we're done.

Post in one of the f/b groups related to the islands and see what people do down there

Good Luck,

Another possible option until get online account is: application by EMS (mail from post office).

Have your wife call to your local immigration office to ask if they accepts TM30 by EMS, if so sending address, too.

You can lodge TM30 at local police station if there is no local immigration office - I've done it many times.

Of course local police don't have the immigration forms, you download them, complete them and submit to local police.

David Murphy so long as they sign and stamp them, you should be fine.

I remember my local police didn't know what to do, so they signed, stamped and gave me receipt...they started a spreadsheet. Apparently I was the first to do it with them.
