TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on how to secure a long-stay visa for their son, who currently holds a tourist visa, while they are on a Non-O volunteer visa. They inquire about options for extending their son's stay without leaving Thailand and ask where they can discuss the matter further.

Another thing you need to realize IS that children under 15 are not fined for overstay and children under 18 are not banned for it.

So while they SHOULD have visas and matching extensions there is no penalty for overstaying due to their ages

If he got overstayed here he will go back my hometown. Is there any problem if he re-enter to Thailand next time?

You need to GO talk to the immigration office where you get your extension based on volunteering on your Non-O visa.

Some offices will issue an in country Non-O visa and some will not. That's who you need to talk to.
