My STV will be expired on mid October. My home country listed Thailand in red list and not allow citizens without received 2 dose vaccines (should WHO certified list of countries and vaccines) go back. I concerns immigration will special offer me 60 days extension. I know covid extension will be expired by 27 Sept. Any advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on extending their Special Tourist Visa (STV) which expires in mid-October. They are concerned about their home country's 'red list' status, which restricts travel unless fully vaccinated. The user is aware that the COVID-19 extension expires on September 27 and is inquiring if they can receive a 60-day extension from Thai immigration. Community comments suggest contacting the Thai immigration office for potential visa extension applications and checking with their embassy about travel conditions related to their home country's red list.

Apologize for being a bit off the rail comment.

Many countries have exceptions for their own citizens to enter even from 'red' labeled countries or special conditions for them to enter. I would contact your own embassy about detail conditions to go back to your home country first

Have you already extended the STV two times to get a total of 270 days from it?

What Thai immigration office do you go to and have your address filed with the TM 30 ?

What is your home country?

all you can do is go see if they will let you get a 60 day covid extension BUT if not, remember when you bought that visa it was specifically sold as come here get the 9 months out of it and then go back to where you came from.

Suggest you ask your Thai immigration office and make application for a COVID extension on or before September 27th...

Unless you hear that it's been extended.

If it is extended then go before your current STV visa permission to stay date expires.
