Assistance, please.
I have a 1yr M/E Non-Imm O visa that expires on the 5th November. I will do a border run on the 4th for the 'bonus' 3 months = (15 months).
I read this comment from Tod. '"There is no need to do 90 day border runs with an O visa and a year extension either."
Other than described in the first para. what are my alternatives?
Thanks for your help - you provide a fine service for free.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a 1-year M/E Non-Imm O visa expiring soon and plans a border run for a bonus 3 months. They seek alternatives to the border run method, particularly in light of a comment they read suggesting that 90-day border runs may not be necessary. Community responses indicate that options include applying for a 1-year Extension of Stay if eligible or applying for a new 1-year visa from abroad.
