PTPA. Hello everyone, maybe someone can help me here. I worked here in the Thai Oil project (cfp) in a subcontractor Korean company under UJV,

UJV withdrew the project because it did not pay wages.

Now that I have been hired by a new company, our problem now is that the work permit of my previous company cannot be canceled because there is no one authorised to sign the clearance, the two managing directors have both resigned. our company already has a case with the Thai labor office. Does anyone here know what other way to cancel my work permit even if there is no clearance from the previous company?

Thank you very much. I hope someone can help me here.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice on canceling their work permit after their previous employer, a subcontractor on the Thai Oil project, has no authorized personnel to sign the clearance due to both managing directors resigning. They have already contacted the Thai labor office regarding the matter.

Sounds like you need a lawyer to do this.

and their responce when providing them that the two directors have resigned.

Has the company folded / ceased trading / become insolvent ?

Then ask again the company bo longer has any directors due resignation of all Directors.

Maybe best seek assistance from a Thai lawyer, do your diligence for one.
