I'm looking for advice on Samut Prakan immigration office to close an old yearly extension of stay with single entry (expiring on May 15th) that is preventing another immigration center to approve the new yearly extension of stay (there was no issue to get a Visa in March to enter the country again because it seems they don't check and didn't ask questions on the old one visible in the passport).
The previous employer canceled the work permit last September without canceling the extension of stay and we discovered the work permit had been canceled in March only. In between 90 day report was duly done but in a 3rd immigration office in changwattana. Tax filing was done as well properly.
Cases are different from one center to another so I really need someone who knows Samut Prakan immigration office.
If you have experience from that specific office or even similar case in another one please share. :)
