PTPA. Hello everyone, maybe someone can help me here. I worked here in the Thai Oil project (cfp) in a subcontractor Korean company under UJV,

UJV withdrew the project because it did not pay wages.

Now that I have been hired by a new company, our problem now is that the work permit of my previous company can not be canceled because there is no one authorised to sign the clearance, the two managing directors have both resigned. our company already has a case with the Thai labor office. Does anyone here know what other way to cancel my work permit even if there is no clearance from the previous company?

Thank you very much. I hope someone can help me here.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing challenges in canceling their work permit after their previous employer, a Korean subcontractor in the Thai Oil project, withdrew from the project without paying wages and left them without authorized personnel to clear the permit. They are seeking advice on alternative ways to cancel the work permit despite the lack of clearance from their former company.

Maybe trying asking in the other visa group called "Thai Visa Advice". I find hard and odd visa questions/situations tend to be better answered there.

they will not allow or answer this question because it's about a work permit, not a visa.
