Hi All.

Finally after 6 days suffering I was able to finish my Visa application and pay.

I have 3 questions.

1. I paid today (7:50 GMT) and I get an appointment 25/12/2020 9:30-10:30... Even I choose the postal submit.. I have to worrying about this or this is just a system glitch and just send my passport to the embassy?

2. The appointment receipt say I have to send just my confirmation page with barcode reference, my passport and a register stamped and self address envelope... But the website before I paid say I have to send a photo, declaration form...

What I have to send? I don't want to make a mistake. Which documents I have to send next to my passport?

3. Which is the best and safest way to send my passport? Iiving in the UK.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has completed their visa application and paid the necessary fees, but they have questions regarding the next steps. They are unsure about their appointment date and if it's a system error. Additionally, they seek clarification on which documents need to be sent with their passport, as there are discrepancies between the appointment receipt and previous instructions. Lastly, they are asking for advice on the safest method to send their passport from the UK to Thailand.

I can help you with that. I am an agent with AXA and we have a legit medical package that is approved by the Ministry of Health. 3.5M baht illness/accident designed specifically and explicitly for inbound travel and covid-19. No covid related in our policy wording what so ever.

I'm using my travel insurance which is coming with my Revolut account. But I'm searching other options just in case. Especially because I heard few people who get positive test during the quarantine without symptoms the insurance company don't want to pay...

are you posting to London RTE? Depends on type of visa, maybe. But I sent my passport, printed barcode page. And proof of visa payment page. Posted Monday. Returned Thursday. But maybe delays now, due to Xmas.
