Is 90 day reporting suspended for Non O retirement extension of stay? We have been successfully using the online service to do this, but now, it's not working. So, I'm wondering if it's because 90 day reporting is suspended? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement has not been suspended for Non-O retirement visa extensions. Users can file their reports online through the immigration web portal or respective mobile applications. It sounds like Deanna got the 90 day report done, and I got another point to add to my troubleshooting list. I can't see any value leaving this open, so I'm closing comments.

Good luck, stay safe!

I gave up with the app but find it simple to do online with either Chrome or Edge. Did mine yesterday and got the confirmation within an hour.

The 90 day report has not been suspended, and operate as usual. You can use one of the following three electronic services to file your 90 day reports:

Immigration web-portal;

Android eServices application;

iPhone eServices application;

You can also do it in person at your local immigration office as well.

We've been in TH for 4 years on Non O. Just got a new extension of stay stamp a week ago. Now we have to do 90 day. We have been using the online method with success. But now, it's not working. How long does it take for the extension to get into the system?
