I know that this is not about a Thai visa, but it might be of interest to anyone who had bought a visa to enter Laos in order to renew their Thai visas there. I just received an email from the Laotian consular services to inform me that my evisa, which expires on the 15th of May, has been extended until the 31st of December. They even included my new evisa with the mail. So a bit of good news for those who thought they had lost a few Baht.
