if your METV isn't expired you can just stamp out of thailand, stamp in&out of another country and stamp back into thailand to get another 60 days.
IF you are wanting to get a 30 day extension on your current entry you go to the immigration office inside thailand where you live and apply for one for 1900baht.

, if you're bouncing out and back in to Lao nope, show up at the border, stamp out of thailand, buy a visa for lao, get stamped in turn around, stamp back out and stamp right back into thailand.
You might want to take a passport sized photo for your lao visa application.

(y) that means you can enter the country as much as you want until July 28th and get stamped in for 60 days every time you enter.

you can't get a 30 day extension on ANY visa at Savannakhet. How about saying what visa you're on now and what you're trying to do
