Hi. I have bought a one way ticket to Chang Mai and am about to apply for the 'up to 60 day Tourist visa' . It says I need to show proof of onward travel. I was thinking of buying a ticket for the slow boat to Laos when I was there. I thought it would be easier that way. Will I really need to show proof of this prior to departing Australia?
