Does the multiple re-entry permit for an ED visa in Thailand extend my stay each time I travel?
Exchange student with ED single entry visa here. I am going to be travelling a lot abroad during my studies and my question is that is the "multiple re-entry permit" enough for me and does it restart my 90 days ED visa everytime I come back from travels or do I still need to apply also for the visa extension? Thanks in advance!

The re-entry permit doesnt restart your 90 days each time you re enter, it only keeps your original 90 days alive.

The re-entry permit keeps your current Admitted until stay alive. This means every time you leave and come back before that day you will get the same Admitted until date stamped in your passport.
