Does the money for a Thai spouse visa need to be in the spouse's name or the sponsor's name?
hi, when applying for spouse visa for dtv, does the money need to be int he name of the spouse or the name of the sponser ( current dtv visa holder?)

Remember sponsorship DTV’s are harder to get than a normal DTV.

The bank account can be in the spouse's name if the spouse has the money, otherwise the main DTV holder will supply a sponsorship letter and show their Bank statement
