Hi everyone,
My husband and I are currently looking into the DTV in more detail, and we have a question regarding the documentation of sufficient financial assets (500,000 baht).
Since my husband is self-employed and I am accompanying him, do we both need to document 500,000 baht each, or is it sufficient if only he can provide this documentation? We have seen different answers on two different websites, so we are unsure what is correct.
Does anyone have experience with this?

This is embassy dependent. If you don't have that much and he has a lot more than the 500k then he can write a sponsorship letter in regards to supporting you. Be prepared they might want to see a million baht. Use the group search tool from the main page with the name of the embassy and maybe a keyword like spouse
