TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, the 90-day reporting period does not reset or change based on a new address. It starts from the date you first entered the country or from the date of your last 90-day report.

The 90 day report means that you're 90 days inside the Kingdom. So day of entry is day number one, count the days till 90 and that day you have to report.
