90 day report question for retirement visa with multi entry.

If I leave Thailand for a short trip does the 90 day report clock reset or do I still have to report 90 days after receiving the visa?

TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you leave Thailand for a short trip on a retirement visa with multi-entry, the 90-day report clock resets. This means you do not need to report the 90 days spent in Thailand if you leave before reaching the 90-day mark, as the reporting requirement is based on consecutive days in the country.

So, if you leave on day 88 there is no 90 day report needed or required.

90 day report always resets when you leave the country, because it's only for reporting 90 consecutive days in Thailand.
