Some countries have dropped pre departure PCR testing.. my question do you need to show a negative PCR result to board a flight in Thailand?

Flying to Phnom Penh from Bangkok on Monday (Bangkok airways) but not clear whether I can board the flight without a PCR certificate even if the destination does not require it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to show a negative PCR result to board a flight in Thailand. The requirements are based on the destination country's regulations. For instance, traveling from Bangkok to Phnom Penh does not necessitate a PCR certificate unless required by specific airline policies.

This Friday the UK drops the required test and locator form. Does that mean the airline won't require it to board also?

Thailand has no exit requirements. It's completely based on your destination and their requirements.
