TLDR : Answer Summary
U.K. citizens cannot visit Thailand under the Test and Go program using the NHS COVID recovery pass without having at least one dose of a vaccine. If they only have a recovery certificate and no vaccinations, they will face a mandatory quarantine. A response from the Thai consulate confirms a 7-day quarantine for recovery cases, but still requires a PCR test before departure and upon arrival.

Well, spill the beans then. I’m a regular on here and I’ve never seen this phrase
If you have a recovery certificate you must have at least 1 dose of vaccine to be able to do test&go, otherwise you must quarantine as you are unvaccinated.
, I emailed the Thai consulate in London and they responded saying we only need to do a 7 day quarantine because of recovery, unfortunately they still want a PCR test done before you leave the U.K. and when you land, it’s nuts! You should email them and bring a copy of their response with you, it’ll save you doing a 10 day quarantine

Wish I’d known that that, just did a 10 day quarantine in bkk. Hopefully they’ll reduce that even further during the coming months.
