Does the 72-hour PCR test requirement for Thailand only apply to the departure from Stockholm or also to the Qatar transit?

I fly from Stockholm to Bangkok with an intermediate landing of almost 3 hours in Qatar. The PCR test and the fit to fly certificate must not be older than 72 hours on departure. Does this also apply from Qatar to Bangkok or does it only apply to the departure in Stockholm?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for the PCR test and fit to fly certificate to be no older than 72 hours applies only from the original departure airport, which in this case is Stockholm. The transit time in Qatar does not affect this requirement.

If you start your journey at the airport to check in to thailand ...this is 72 before flight...the moment you land in thailand you will make an new test and then you go into quarantine...the transit time is not a problem ...
